Corporate Separation and Authority Notice
Effective from: 5 May 2026
Stratgranat, S.L. (NIF B85995835, Gran Vía 6, 28013 Madrid, Spain), trading as Allyiz, and AllyizGroup OÜ (registry code 17499297, Kentmanni tn 4, 10116 Tallinn, Estonia) are separate and independent legal entities.
Neither entity holds, directly or indirectly, any shares, equity interest or other ownership interest in the other. Neither entity is a parent, subsidiary or branch of the other. Except where expressly agreed in writing, neither entity acts as agent, partner, joint venturer or legal representative of the other.
Any similarity in name, branding or business activities does not, of itself, establish any corporate affiliation, agency, partnership, authority or other legal relationship between the entities.
Neither entity assumes, guarantees or is responsible for any liability, obligation, debt, commitment, representation, warranty or undertaking of the other, except to the extent expressly assumed by that entity under a written agreement duly entered into on its behalf or otherwise imposed by applicable law.
No shareholder, director, member of the management board, officer, employee or legal representative of either entity has authority, solely by virtue of such status or relationship, to represent, act on behalf of, enter into commitments for, make representations on behalf of, or otherwise bind the other entity.
Unless expressly provided otherwise in the relevant agreement, a contract entered into with one entity does not create contractual rights or obligations between the contracting party and the other entity.
Any agreement, authorisation or other arrangement between Stratgranat, S.L. and AllyizGroup OÜ is limited to its expressly stated scope and shall not, of itself, establish any broader agency, partnership, joint venture, corporate affiliation, authority or assumption of liability between the entities.
Nothing in this notice is intended to exclude or limit any right, obligation, liability or authority that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
